Taylor Bridge Fire, day 3

Today is the third day that the fire has been burning.  The smoke behind my house had dissipated, but I noticed that the smoke was thicker towards the west.  I drove toward the fire (but really came nowhere near it, fear not)  to see if I could get some better pictures of it.  The kids and I saw a plane dropping red fire retardant on the trees (I was about 5 minutes too late to get a picture of it) but we also saw a National Guard Chinook helicopter dropping water on the fire.  It was cool - or it would have been, if the fire weren't so devastating.
